  The Process of Procedures via Video Call:

  1. Select Procedure: Choose the procedure you wish to carry out on the app.
  2. ID Verification: Take photos of your My Number card or driver's license, and your cash card or passbook while you wait for your turn.
  3. Video Call with Staff: Start a video call with a bank clerk when it's your turn and they will register necessary information while conversing with you.
  4. Review Application Details: Confirm the information entered and register signatures or PINs.
  5. Completion of procedure (document dispatch): Once the transaction is complete, the bank will send you your cash card, passbook, and relevant documents.
